👎Can't rate their workmanship because I'll never go there without knowing prices for diagnosis before hand. I needed a Repair quote for my Toyota The "Service Advisor" called me and couldn't give me a Minimum diagnostic fee, I tried explaining that I know the price could be higher depending on what they need to do for the diag, but regardless I need the minimum price. he said they don't have one and there is no way of knowing and was definitely getting frustrated with me. Canceled they don't wash your auto.
Slow service. I waited 4 hours for the Maryland inspection. The noise when reversing, but they said that everything is fine.....do they think i'm stupid....? There were still some questions on which they said they could not help. And this is a Toyota company ......
