Worst place to bring your car for repairs. The lady who helped me in the beginning was very rude and didn’t seem willing to help. Every time I called, I felt like I was getting the runaround. They even claimed my car had been hit before, which makes me wonder if they tell everyone the same thing. They charged a lot but didn’t even fix the main issue I brought the car in for. I definitely won’t be coming back. If you care about your car, I recommend taking it somewhere else.
Bad customer service!! This guy named Peter was so rude and disrespectful, I complained that my car wasn’t fixed correctly and he started arguing and telling me that my car has been in an accident before. I believe this should not happen. I totally not recommend this collision place.
I had a great experience with Peter! He did an excellent job fixing my car and had it running like new again. He took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure I understood everything before starting the work. Peter was honest, professional, and very efficient. I really appreciated how quickly he got the job done without cutting corners. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your car, but Peter definitely earned my trust.
