Unlike my past experiences, this time was horrible. No communication or follow up and changing prices BEFORE any work was done. Wont be returning.
The customer service there is horrible. Toyota Capitol Plaza collision center had my car for three (3) doing repairs and when I received my car it was missing parts and the work was incomplete. There was no to ensure the work was done correctly before handing over the keys to the customers. They literally drive car to empty parking spot, hand the car key to customer and walk away. Extremely disappointing experience. My car was stolen and later recovered with some damage. My insurance recommended this shop for repairs — what a mistake. I was told the work would take *two weeks*, but it ended up taking *over two months*. Every time I called for an update, I was told they found "something new" wrong with the car — a convenient way to keep billing my insurance. They're very reliable and trustworthy. My car is new again. They even return the rental car for me.
