When my suv was in an accident it was towed to this facility. Peter worked with me to get it repaired. After noticing when my SUV was initially repaired that a piece of the left side of my bumper was sticking I reported it to Peter my service representative. He immediately got on it speaking with the vendor and my insurance company to get it rectified. Peter continuously kept in communication with me keeping me updated on the progress of getting a new bumper for my suv.
