I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and support I have received from Toyota. I purchased my vehicle with the expectation of owning a reliable car backed by high-quality customer service; however, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Its always been good at this Toyota service center (and at El Cajon, too). Carl and Pipa made my check-in experience easy and fun, and the service pro, Tanner, handled coordinating the service for me. He has a great deal of knowledge and has taken on the diagnosis of an intermittent problem with a logical approach rather than installing unnecessary parts first, saving me money.
