There is an old saying, you only have one opportunity to make a first impression. My impression yesterday was not very positive. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday, for a recall and software updates. I planned to pick it up on Thursday, as I was not available on Wednesday. Thursday rolled around and I had not received any status report on the car.
