I always have a great experience getting service at Toyota of Carlsbad. Jana Leopard is now my service rep because she is very efficient and helpful. Her update was timely, and the work was completed in just a couple of hours. Next time I'll be sure to make an appointment with Jana!
Kevin Skinner is a good listener. Kevin shared the vision and goals of Carlsbad Toyota: told me that he has been with the company for 10 years. Getting my Toyota serviced here ended up being such a breeze. The reason I am even bothering to write a review is because I was so shocked at how friendly and helpful the staff is! They were completely upfront about all of their service recommendations and worked with me on what I could afford. The service lounge also provided guests with free Starbucks coffee, treats, and complementary WiFi...I mean, what more could you ask for?
DO NOT GO HERE!! This place represents modern day thievery. I had them look at my Toyota Tacoma forerunner and this is what I got. mass air flow replacement: $439.77 brakes $285.77 Rear axle leak $575.52 Valve cover gasket $767.47 To get right to the point, the mass air flow had nothing wrong with it except it was dirty. I bought a 6 dollar can of crc maf cleaner and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. The brakes had another 6000 miles left on them, while the salesman tried to tell me I urgently needed new brakes. Rip off – They charge me $150 for a service which didn't get done. And then they claim paperwork was mixed up.
