I normally rent from Enterprise, but I chose Toyota of South Dade for the convenience. I told them I was in a hurry and communicated with them all morning. Their website advertised $45 with fees included and stated you only needed full coverage, but nowhere did it disclose that insurance had to be transferable or that their own SunPass would be required.
