Toyota is great. A lot of OEM is expensive, but at least they still make and or sell specific bolts that fit 24 yr old vehicles even if it's because it fits some newish ones as well. Service for parts search is always fast and reasonable in help for me.
I recently visited the parts department at Boulder Toyota, and unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The employee at the counter was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. He interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain what part I needed, appeared impatient, and gave an attitude from the start. Holy hell, plan on a whole day to get a car purchased and a lot of chaos. Never again.
