I recently visited the parts department at Boulder Toyota, and unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The employee at the counter was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Holy hell, plan on a whole day to get a car purchased and a lot of chaos. Never again.

Came in a few weeks ago to return some parts that came from a different Toyota store because this store is now closer to my home. The guy at the counter never mentioned that I needed to go to the actual Toyota store that I purchased them at to return. Said the computer system was down and not working and to come back in a few weeks. I come in today and am told that the computers are back up and running but because these parts are from a different store I can’t return them. Wish I was told this from the start.
