I recently visited the parts department at Boulder Toyota, and unfortunately, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The employee at the counter was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. He interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain what part I needed, appeared impatient, and gave an attitude from the start. Holy hell, plan on a whole day to get a car purchased and a lot of chaos. Never again.

Came in a few weeks ago to return some parts that came from a different Toyota store because this store is now closer to my home. The guy at the counter never mentioned that I needed to go to the actual Toyota store that I purchased them at to return. Said the computer system was down and not working and to come back in a few weeks. I come in today and am told that the computers are back up and running but because these parts are from a different store I can’t return them. Wish I was told this from the start.
