Jeffrey was very professional, punctual and patient. I originally thought that I wanted the mild tune for my Lexus GX 460. He was more than happy to make sure I was satisfied and I decided to change it to the medium tune. Very satisfied with the service and product. I will be bringing my other Toyota to him. Highly recommended.
