I financed a 2021 Toyota Camry in April of 2025. Since then, I tried to refinance my car at a lower interest rate. I have excellent credit. My credit union said that they cannot refinance my vehicle because I am $8,000.00 upside down on the loan. So, in other words, they overcharged me 8,000.00 I owe more than what my car is worth. How does that work? I contacted Smart Toyota about this and was told it would eventually even out? Tt's never going to even out. They now charge a fee for using a credit card. I won't be back. Too bad, I've been coming here for years for all maintenance with 2 vehicles. Not a good call Bernardi. 👋

I would like to thank Brittany Markel for the outstanding job she did in getting my 2008 Lexus RX400H serviced. I called Hall Toyota's Service Dept due to problems on my instrument cluster having the VSC, ABS, Brake, Traction Control lights on. Brittany Market, Service Advisor, basically told me what the issues were. She had me scheduled very quickly and got me in and out in just a few days. Car shopping gives me so much anxiety. I absolutely hate dealing with dealerships. It's mentally exhausted. I walked into Ed Martin Toyota in Noblesville and it was a completely different experience. We were greeted by very nice people that were very knowledgeable. We ended up having to order a vehicle as the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot. Deeply disappointed with service at Autonation Toyota Weston. They put windshield wipers on incorrectly, chipped paint off the hood of my car in August. I travel for work, so I arranged to have it fixed in February. They told me my car was ready for pickup, only to find out they were unable to match the paint color and only put on a clear coat. Why didn’t Juan Martinez tell me on the phone before I arrived that they did not repair the chipped paint? They expect me to return in June to get another rental car for 3 days for th... read more

Worst place ever dealt with sales was great, once deal done forget being able to talk to anyone as all you get is lip service and run around. Never buy here again. Customer service at it's worst. Ball got dropped, asked for toyota finance got local bank finance as paid for black plates never got. So disappointed i paid car off in full first month been fighting with them since to get back warranty $ I canceled. Also ball dropped per finance manager as other lady I dealt with told me. We took r car in and paid $800 for them to fix it. THEY MADE IT EORSE. Now they want us to trust them again????? NEVER. this car is only 4 years old and runs like a lemon. They want more $$to do nothing again,!!!!!
