I have no idea what to say about this place and the reviews. I called two weeks ago to get a very very simple estimate for a repair (replacing a part). Other shops were able to give an estimate within five minutes. I called a week later believing maybe it had fallen through the cracks. I was told it was "in the queue" for a response. I asked if there was an estimate on when I might get my estimate and the lady just laughed. Two weeks have gone by now! I already had a pretty good idea was the diagnosis was on my vehicle. I emailed Jesus and a quote was provided very quickly after I inquired. They got me on the schedule as soon as they were able (about a week out), and work was performed same day. They diagnosed it and sent me photos plus revised quote. I was able to approve via mobile. Payment was quick when I picked it up. Smooth process and so far truck performs great.
I love bringing my ‘99 Land Cruiser here! Everyone is so kind and helpful, every quote I have received has been more than reasonable, and the work is overall incredible. My most recent service, I had some concerns after collecting my vehicle and they got me back in for an inspection asap. Nick was wonderful explaining to me what they did and that everything was ok. Always an incredible experience here! So long as my Cruiser is running, I’ll keep bringing it here :)
