First visit. I am new to Toyota ownership and brought my vehicle in with a lot of maintenance questions because I didn’t have prior owners service records. I expected a long list of things needed. But aside from an oil change and tire rotation, everything checked out OK. Pleasant change from previous shop. Will definitely use them again.
Ghosted by service advisor when I asked for a repair estimate. Pretty stunning. Makes me question some of the high marks here
