Took a shot with John because of his reviews. Best tech i’ve ever worked with. Very knowledgeable , able to answer all my questions about my car. Provided a detailed inspections pictures/video (honestly his documentation should be made standard). No upselling. Overall a nice guy.
I recently went to Toyo workshop where I found John most helpful. John took the time to hear what I wanted/needed for my Tundra and also took the time to explain I could be overdoing my service when it came to the transmission service as I had it serviced just 30k ago, this is something I know the dealer would not have done for me. Having to not deal with a service advisor who knows in some cases less than myself is also a huge benefit to this shop in my opinion. Pricing is very competitive. Would highly recommend.
Excellent communication, honest, and overall great to deal with. I loved the vehicle assessment and pictures sent right to my phone for review. Will definitely be back with my Toyotas.
