John does an incredible job. So thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, trustworthy. The easy links to the reports he provides to approve or deny work is awesome. Pictures, video, descriptions…. So happy this guy is doing what he is doing so I can truck my 2015 Tundra and wifey’s 2021 4Runner what it needs. When I move and live an hr away, I will still bring our Toyotas to him. Just had my Lexus GX460 have a 30,000 mile service with John. Can’t recommend enough. This is how a service center should be.
The best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic, hands down. From initial contact with scheduling to receiving pictures of everything that was done and a detailed explanation of how it was performed. I will be recommending this shop to anyone with a toyota/lexus. In this day and age it is very rare to find someone that truly treats the vehicles like they were his own. I look forward to having him do some upgrades to my tacoma this winter!!!! Thank you!!!!
I recently brought my son’s Tacoma and n for some known gripes and a thorough once over before bring it to him in NC (military). One problem it went in for we were prepared for being a major headache but in the end it really wasn’t, our pre-approved budget was reapplied to other items without question, many shops would have taken this opportunity to stick it to us but all I got was honesty and great communication!
