I purchased a set of Toyo tires less than a year ago. The tires were wearing abnormally and did not have good traction. Especially during inclement weather. I expressed my concerns to the dealer where the tires were purchased. They were very hesitant to address my concerns. I contacted Toyo and explained that the tires were wearing, and I felt unsafe operating my vehicle. And that the tires needed to be replaced. Worst company. No customer service skills. They direct you to the website for information, even though they’re the manufacturer. What a joke!
