Toyo Techs was recommended to me by a coworker years ago. They're very professional, honest, friendly, accommodating & reasonable with services and pricing with quality work. No worries about being upsold here! They've always been very helpful in answering all my questions & concerns. I will not take my Avalon anywhere else because of my excellent experiences here. Now that my car is no longer on the two year warranty, I went back to Toyo Techs for my regular maintenance work. They do good work at a fair price, and don't try to upsell you. I'll definitely be going back.
Seem very compent. Prices are competitive.
wont answer their phones over a month, expect to text only. what about people that dont have texting? wont give estimates for brake booster only, expect someone to install 3 parts not just one when they are not needed in the car so they can make more money.. and wont give quote without vin when told them the make and model year of car and part number that is needed. this is a over priced bad place to take a car.
Fantastic knowledge of Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Quality work with quality customer service to back-it-up. A must if you own a Toyota or Lexus Vehicle. They're the only ones I'll let service my Lexus. They may have a bit of a wait list depending on services needed, but it was worth it to me!
