My experience is good.
Had the 60k maintenance interval done on a Tacoma I recently bought used. It was easy to schedule an appointment, first available appointment was about a month out, now I understand why. The service and process was excellent, they will send you a message with about the maintenance they want to perform, and give you the ability to turn down anything you don't want done. Pricing was very fair, and front office was extremely friendly and did a great job walking me through their process as a first time customer.
