I have a Mercedes and foreign car owners know it is NOT easy to find a trusted place to go for work. As someone who could’ve easily been taken advantage of for lack of car knowledge, this place was so honest, fair, and a joy to work with. They made me feel very special and that’s rare for women who are vulnerable. 5 stars and support this business like they support their customers!!
I am soooo thankful & grateful that I found ToyoMotors! Apparently I’m pretty hard on my vehicle lol I trusted them 3 years ago to repair minor fender bender & they did a pristine job! I was very nervous, but they made my car look brand new all over again! Then I had another dent that magically appeared on my vehicle last year, Syed took his time found the identical color to match and explained what all he needed to do! I have been a customer of ToyoMotors for approximately four years. During the first two years, my experience was generally positive. However, the last two years—specifically involving an unresolved electrical/check charging system issue with my 2015 Honda Accord—have required an extraordinary amount of patience and have ultimately resulted in significant financial and personal hardship.
