My horrible experience occurred in May 2013. Prior to my visit I asked about all the bad ratings and was told it was due to old ownership/management and we are all new staff now. Keep that in mind We had them deliver a raptor 700 and a Razr to coral pink sand dunes. After the vehicles were dropped off and the driver was gone I noticed they mounted the sand tires on the wrong side (the tires wouldn't scoop up any sand the way they were mounted) so I grabbed my tool box and proceeded to swap them out. DO NOT USE OR RENT THESE CROOKED PEOPLE!!!!! I just recently rented two four wheelers and two side by sides. To start off our misadventure when i first arrived they had some one working the desk who had no idea about their products or services. they also didnt have the right equipment to rent out these machines. We rented a side by side. The service was very good. They threw in some helmets and goggles for free which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the fan on the side by side never turned on and it overheated not even 20 minutes into the day. The refunded our rental, returned the deposit, and even gave some in-store credit. They were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend using these guys and hope the bad experience makes them maintain their vehicles a little bit better. No hard from feeling from me though.
Fantastic customer service. They were willing to help with a lot of things that I didn't expect a repair shop to help with, and they did it free of charge. I also felt their pricing was very honest and that they were all honest in their recommendations. I will definitely go back to them again.
