They were very friendly, helpful, and guaranteed their work. I trust them. It was a pleasure bringing my Toyota in to them . I will use them again.
REPLY TO REPLY: The reply you see below from this business is a lie. The needed repair was new strut top hats and a lower strut bushing. Toyexus specifically recommended KYB pre assembled strut assemblies. (I asked if they would be the same Old Man Emu that I have now and was told, no...that they would be KYBs) THESE WOULD HAVE LOWERED THE RIGHT HEIGHT. And for them to recommend a Bilstein strut is basically the same. It MAYBE would have had an adjustable spring seat (5100 series). My OME suspension IS NEW. It has been on th... read more

Pricing was fair and service was same day as promised.
(edited as of July 31st) I took my vehicle to Toyexus for a check up and the recommendation was a water pump replacement and a major service. The major service for my vehicle has seemed to have gone well, but the water pump installation was a “complete failure of installation” as per the Lexus dealership that took a second look for me. Supposedly, silicone used to seal the water pump had melted and created space for the coolant to leak out.
