Terrible! I was recommended to get a transmission replacement. I paid for a used transmission and paid for labor. Constant issues. Brought to the dealership, was told the transmission was never replaced or repaired. Unethical and untrustworthy!
I always go here to service my Toyota! They are always able to get me scheduled in a timely manner and do efficient and thorough work.
Took my Subaru to this shop to confirm a broken timing chain which I suspected after removing the 3-bolt cover and spinning the crankshaft myself (about 15 minutes of work for a amateur). Idea was to have them fix it (not replace the engine as they quoted), so decided not to leave the car at Toyexus. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was hit up for $200... a 'diagnostic fee' that had not been disclosed when the car arrived at the shop. I had a great experience with Wendy and Toyexus. I had to get my front differential actuator replaced and they were quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. Things were repaired quickly and they fixed my issue in a timely manner. Would highly recommend taking your Toyota here and support a small business!
