Absolutely useless... communication is terrible do not recommend, and over priced 2nd hand parts .. a dead dog has better communication than these people ... unbelievable
Great team. They just happened to have a rear impact bar for my 1990 Toyota hiace. They emailed the invoice and payment details and had it straight on the couriers the following day. $50 freight for NZ couriers Rangiora to rural Bay of plenty in 30 hours! (5 stars for them too) And the part is in very good condition for second hand. Will definitely be calling again if we need any more parts.
Do not buy from this person, absolutely no communication through trade me or phone and the physical address is empty yet there are still trade me listings. Seems like a scam at this point.
Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service I purchased a second-hand automatic window mechanism labelled as being in "good condition." I immediately took it to an auto electrician for installation, only to be told that the part was faulty. I informed Vincent about the issue straight away, requesting a partial refund to cover the cost of the defective part ($100) and the $20 spent on the electrician.
