Completely Wasted My Time — Appointment System Is Clearly Broken I booked an appointment for today, August 24, at 2:30 PM a week in advance. I received both a text message and an email asking me to confirm the appointment, so I confirmed it. I then received a confirmation saying that my appointment was approved. Toya is amazing! My son usually hates getting his hair cut and will cry and fight the whole time but during our appointment with Toya the only tears were at the beginning and then he did amazing. She is great with kids and knows what she is doing to get the hair cut done fast but also looking great!! Highly Recommend especially for kids who need a little extra love and care.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. We went out of our way to confirm this appointment multiple times: Twice on Instagram and again by text the day before. We were specifically told to arrive at 10:45 a.m. (even though our original appointment time showed differently in the email), and I clearly confirmed that we would be there at the time agreed on (10:45am). We love Toya!! She does an amazing job with my boys' hair no matter what it looks like when we come in. It always looks great when we come out! My 6.5 year old always requests that we get his haircut here and I am always happy with the results.
