I first saw a therapist in 2012. I had graduated college and moved back to my toxic childhood household. Even though I was considering myself an adult in the workforce and world, at home I still felt trapped in the patterns of my childhood trauma. Dr. Wilson is phenomenal! I've been working with her for about 2 months now and I've learned so much about myself. Managing anxiety and depression were really tough before starting therapy but now I have a firm grasp on things. I still have a bit of work to do but I'm glad I have Dr Wilson as my guide!
