Recently bought a ‘23 collectors edition Blackwing from Andy at Toy Factory. Phenomenal customer service and was more than willing to work with me while I was getting my ducks in a row. Reached out to me within minutes of me sending an inquiry on their website, despite it being 8pm. Car has had 0 issues and was a great decision. I do plan to buy from here again in the future.
Not credible been waiting for a title for over 6 months in typical salesman fashion tried to double talk his way out of what is taking so long after numerous calls to him and the Secretary of State apparently just sent in for title I’m my name I had paid for with him at purchase date on 11/18/24 it is 06/09/25!
Had a 997.1 c4s delivered from Toy Factory and was extremely happy with what came. Andy was extremely responsive and answered all the questions I had. Because I didn't get a chance to see the car in person before purchasing, I can confirm that Andy was honest in his portrayal of the car during the sale, and so far there have been no surprises!
