I can't say enough about the quality of service at Toy Auto Clinic. I started going here after my pre-paid service package ran out on my '07 Prius. Holy smokes! Brian, his brother Chris and the team are A-1. Prices are fair, they know your car inside and out, and the work is top notch. They never try to add work that isn't needed, and if they find something I didn't notice they let me know ahead of time. I appreciate their work ethic, professionalism, and outstanding work on my car.

Brian did what he said he would at the price he quoted me. I had an appointment for wed at 8:30 am. he called me on tue to ask if i could come in at 2:00 pm or reschedual as he was having trouble with another job. That's a level of respect and customer service seldom seen anymore.( i wasn't sitting around all day waiting for them to start ) And by the way he was finished with the other job at 2:00. I still can't believeHow amazing this guy is I have a 2007 Lexus RX400H and I needed a 90K service on it badly (I was at 120K) A good friend who works at a Toyota dealership said he'd do it for $2200.00. He claimed it would take 2 days and is difficult. Putnam Lexus: 2 grand to do it. Another shop over by Putnam was "more than willing" to do it for $1400. so then I was looking at Yelp and stumbled on Brian. Everyone had rave reviews and he was close by. Amazing service! I took my 2002 Toyota Camry to Toy Auto Clinic from recommendation of a friend. I was so pleased with how Brian treated me and my Camry. There price is very reasonable. He seems to be very honest and kind, explained everything clearly, and did not force any kind of up sell! I experienced many hard sells at Jiffy Lube than made me feel like I got ripped off after leaving. Highly recommend Toy Auto. Their workmanship is excellent and I wish all businesses could be as friendly and dependable!

I have a 2007 Toyota Prius and I used to get it serviced at the dealership. I have not heard great things about the Toyota dealers in this area and a friend recommended Toy Auto Clinic. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past, haven't we all, but Brian at Toy Auto Clinic is personable and helpful. His prices are better than the dealership and I really felt like he listened to me and asked the right questions. Going to a mechanic can be an expensive and stressful event. I have been taking my Toyota Camry to the dealer because they use original parts and have certified techs. However, during my last service at Toyota they quoted me over 800 dollars on repairs! What? Does it need a new engine? I decide to get a second opinion and I am glad I did. Brought in my Lexus RX300 for a check engine light problem. They checked and diagnosed my problem for free. Brian answered all my questions and surprisingly he encouraged me to call the dealer and other shops to insure the quote was competitive. I ended up doing the work with them and now I am off to a check only smog station. Thanks Toy Auto Clinic!

I took my '96 Toyota Tercel here for a clutch job on a friend's recommendation. My first impression of the shop was that it's very clean. The tech was also very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what was going on in terms I could actually understand. When I got my car back, I was very pleased with the work. I couldn't even tell that something had been wrong with it. I even got a complimentary vacuum and wash! I will definitely be passing on the recommendation to other fellow Toyota owners!

Brian did a great job on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma front wheel bearing replacement and 60k major service. Highly recommended!
