ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with, very difficult to get hold of and only did half of the job. It was a government grant for insulation and boiler. They left building waste in my garden that we had to get rid of ourselves eventually after asking many times to remove the 4 dumping bags. The builders left without sorting the skirting, so we paid for someone else to sort that out. They left us without a boiler for 3 weeks, eventually someone came to fit it, and then they never got the gas company to put... read more

STAY AWAY! Towy Valley Heating or TVH as they are now trading as, is not a genuine heating company. They use external contractors to do ALL of the work, and as a result of subcontracting, they have no real control over the quality of work they carry out at your property, so please be warned! We had a government grant to install and upgrade our home energy rating. We had a new boiler, cavity wall insulation and loft insulation top-up. Result: 1.
