They took my cat back about 15 minutes after our appointment time with nobody else waiting. The vet introduced himself, but there was a teenager in the room who didn't say a word - apparently an assistant? The assistant treated my cat nicely enough, scratching her head and talking to her quietly when she got nervous. However, the vet was quite rough and impersonal.
