Convenient location, excellent care!
Towson Sports Medicine is a World Class Ortho & Spine Center, and it is the Therapists; especially Dr. Leah Ring, that have made it so and continue to polish the Center's reputation.
My pain mgmt. doctor suggested I go to PT for some lumbar spine treatment. He also wanted me to get "spinal flossing" and was very emphatic that I use someone who is very familiar with this. I told him that I used Holly Mihok a few years ago. He said that he has had good things about Holly and he totally approved. Many PT's are looking at their phones or talking to other employees and not watching if you're doing your exercises correctly. Not Holly...she is right with you throughout your workout. Highly recommend.
