Unprofessional experience trying to speak to both women up front. Not very helpful, respectful, or kind; just rude. Can’t get an appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule you won’t be able to. Can’t get my medication refilled and they don’t care. Definitely looking for a new doctor.
I would not recommend this practice if you have a serious neurological condition, as you will not receive adequate treatment. I’ve learned from a year and a half of experience and only 2 appointments within that time period. I had my first appointment which I was given medication options, with no follow up until over 8 months later. After that appointment, the same thing occurred- no follow up, no meds, etc. Waited for a peer to peer review for over 6 months and I’ve given up now. No response from doctor or staff. I have received excellent care here since 2007. I'm honestly shocked at the negative reviews. I've occasionally had to leave a message, but I've always gotten a return call within 1 business day. The staff are very nice and scheduling is easy. Dr. Marcella Mwaisela has been great.

Horrible experience trying to speak to a person and not their voicemail! Very long wait time to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule you will talk to their voicemail. Horrible customer service!
