Love CF Towson. Started here in 2023 and only left because I moved out of state for my job. The team is super welcoming and supportive. They do a great job of introducing you to the sport and helping you push yourself (I was brand new). They had good tips for scaling movements and patience for new learners. My final years of grad school would have been so much harder without having this gym and these people. Thank you!

A first class service, the property is very clean and organized in the office. The few times I have been there, first class attention and very professional maintenance in their area.
This gym is AWESOME! Super welcoming community, great programming, and you'll definitely get a good workout. Darin is a fantastic coach that will make sure you're getting the most out of your workout. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great CrossFit experience.
I dropped into this box while I was traveling and felt so welcomed! Everyone was immediately friendly, inclusive, and I got in a great workout! I am an Olympic weightlifter and was able to lift on the side without disrupting the class, and then was able to join in for the WOD and sweat with everyone. Really enjoyed my time there and hope to be back!
