The Dr. Kassolis is very nice and took care of my needs, but the front desk reception is horrible. They don't like to take further action to get all the insurance information from the patient, instead taking the easy way out. That cause me more time to take care of the billing issues. And I was told I never updated my insurance information that was a lie. I have never had this type of experiences with the doctor's office, the doctor loses patients because their front workers.
