Very nice and helpful staff, reasonable prices, nice variety of unit sizes.
Had my stuff stored in this storage unit for 4 to 5 years because at that time during covid, no other storages were available. It's been there since covid. It is infested with rats, rat poop and pee all over. While most my stuff was brand new in this storage, im sure everything is damaged. No pest control at all, contacted the number and the owner was suppose to call back. Never recieved a call, we told them this rodent issue 3 years ago and still no resolution. They advertise $25 for the smallest unit, then when you call, tell you it's a $50 deposit and $50 a month.
Just don't!! Stay away!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I was not familiar with the facility and rented a unit online that was to be an interior climate controlled unit. I arrived and read the email and had only an access code to a gate. They say it is a “state of the art” facility and what their idea of security was, was a padlock on a gate. And it was not an interior climate-controlled unit, it was an exterior unit.
