Bill and his team at Towsley's are truly incredible, and I feel fortunate to have them as partners for all our apparel ventures. Recently, we had a unique request for a pregnant team member who needed safety green shirts in maternity sizes. We use Towsleys for all our corporate branding gifts and custom apparel. Sam at Towsley’s made such an incredible effort to get our custom Pierson Garden and Landscape caps made and delivered by Christmas! We even got some thoughtful thank you gifts from his company! These folks deliver and the customer service is fantastic! Call Sam, fire up the checkbook, then kick up you heals; Towsley’s on it!

Ordered pants through work on size pants I normally wear. When I received pants waist was so small I couldn’t snap close. Called to exchange for larger size they told me there is no return policy. Also told me to give to supervisors to give to someone else. No help. Out $106. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have been working with Sam on getting a pretty basic order placed however, emails go unanswered and when he does answer there is an excuse every time. Then when I call and request I work with somebody else, wouldn't you know it, 3 minutes later I get an email from Sam! Even though I need the apparel sooner than later, I am going elsewhere and starting over.
