Have had a porta jon on-site for over three years, service has went to crap, (literally)... haven't serviced our location in over two weeks. 🤷
Called Tows to get my septic pumped and was told they could have pumped the very next week. That same day i called they had 2 guys come out and locate my tank. They located the tank and told me i was on the schedule for that next week. Well three going on 4 weeks later i have not heard a word from them.
We had a septic emergency over the weekend, and I called Tows Monday morning at 8:02 a.m., two minutes after they opened. Nancy was wonderful; she told me the scheduling department opened at 9:00, and someone would call me to let me know whether they would be able to come in the morning or the afternoon. Chris and Grayson arrived at 9:30 am! They were both very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they were able to determine the issue and fix it within 90 minutes.
