NEVER AGAIN!!! I have used this business twice and never again! I first used them at a party at my grandparents and it took them a month to pick up their unit. This second time is the last straw though. I had them service my wedding which was behind a restaurant. Two months later it is still out at the venue and knocked over! I feel this justifies an emergency but no. It's a Saturday and because it isn't a business day they won't be out until Monday. My friends own this restaurant so this is beyond offensive.
