We have experienced recurring roof water leakage every winter since moving into our new townhouse. The issue was first reported within the first year of occupancy, but no permanent solution was provided, and the problem has continued each winter. Water has entered interior spaces, causing ceiling damage and staining. At one point, the gutter detached due to heavy ice buildup on the roof. Expensive and robot
We recently purchased our new home at Mayfield with Townwood Homes, and the experience has been wonderful from the start. Michael and Luigi were incredible to work with — they really went above and beyond to help us stretch our deposit and make this purchase possible. I am really happy and feel proud to share my Experience with Town wood and there customer support staff. I ran into some leak issue in my house and support team and especially company came forward to fix that even after expiry of my warranty. rally appreciated and thanks to REBECCA BOND for helping me with this issue...
