1 word: ROACHES! They charge a monthly pest control fee for the people to never show or spray for less than a minute. Whatever spray they use works maybe a day before the roaches come back from the apartments that refused them Tried recommending here to someone and their were roaches during their apartment viewing. I talk to older residents and this issue isn't new, but at least they handled the rats older tenants talk about
If I could give it a negative review, I would. I don’t live here, but I have family that does. Their apartment is falling apart ceiling caving in, mold on the ceiling. They’ve called, texted and emailed multiple times. Haven’t heard anything. Would not waste your time even looking here they don’t care about you or your families well-being. Not to mention maintenance goes into your apartment without the legal 24 hour notice. Your stuff will also magically disappear. Honestly plan on reporting them to the state. Worked with Krystal to get into an apartment. She was prompt, helpful and courteous during the entire process and the apartments are very nice for what you pay.
Although Krystal was great I have had 2 thefts here. I would definitely recommend getting cameras while you live here that face your vehicle and your apartment because the cameras at the apartment do not record.
