I know there are horrific stories about the ED but my experience after a fall last night was of excellent care and service. Admitted via ambulance after taking a heavy tumble I was processed quickly, tests ordered and executed in a timely manner and treatment commenced - including sutures to my forehead before being discharged for GP follow - up. Thank you ED.Staff. Grateful for your care and attention. Judy (79 years old).
10hr wait rude ignorant staff. Went home googled in-house surgery fixed myself.
