I had a great experience dealing with Brad and Samantha at Townsville Riverside Property. Both were professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Samantha, in particular, was always approachable, helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I really appreciated the level of service, professionalism and support. Highly recommend!
This agency is really worst. Do not sell property here. Principal is not really helpful. He is not a seller side. He may not understand where he is getting commission from. He did not have proper communication. I was really struggling and stressful with this agency. Do not recommend.
We have been with this real estate for 1 year, and they have been the best real estate I've ever dealt with. Our property manager, Kassie Stubberfield, has been amazing to deal with and converse with, and she is swift with organising maintenance issues. Would highly recommend!!
Dealing with Leslie was fantastic. Leslie was very efficient fleindy and fantastic when selling my house. Leslie had sold my house in a matter of 3 days. The best sales person I have ever delt with. Genuinely friendly and helpful on every way. If or when I sell a place again she will be the only person I will deal with. Thank you Leslie you are a great person.
