Went in for Duck Off, service was fantastic and gave advice on managing my pool with ducks. Price was better than any I found online. Would definitely go back again for any pool needs!!!

Total incompetence from the reception staff. Had someone come round look at my pool, needed filter fix/replaced and convert pool to mineral. Due to bad weather and power fault at the time, needed to book for a later date. Once issues were fixed, called and booked in a later date, was told someone would be round the following week, no one came, no call, I’m an understanding person, I figured they are busy, things happen. 2 weeks after the fact, I ring up just to see what is happening, apparently I am not even in the system.
