Great to deal with and the tradesmen were very good
We received prompt, professional and informative pool care - with technical aspects for upgrading our chlorinator as well as the chemicals required. We found their prices fair. Thank you for your genuine care and friendly demeanor.

Total incompetence from the reception staff. Had someone come round look at my pool, needed filter fix/replaced and convert pool to mineral. Due to bad weather and power fault at the time, needed to book for a later date. Once issues were fixed, called and booked in a later date, was told someone would be round the following week, no one came, no call, I’m an understanding person, I figured they are busy, things happen. 2 weeks after the fact, I ring up just to see what is happening, apparently I am not even in the system.
Say they are 5 weeks behind with work and too busy to attend Very disappointing but at least they were honest I suppose and said they were not interested in helping with an elderly person's pool that's not maintained due to dementia issues. How on earth am I going to get the pool fixed ? I've been trying to get someone since December. The council has sent a letter but no one will attend.
