I want to get braces and have to money to spend but I was told on the phone by the receptionist that I could not have the complimentary appointment and would have to pay $180 because I had previously cancelled a past appointment that I do not even know about but did not give them 24 hours notice. Highly recommend as they are very professional I had braces done for my son and the experience was very pleasant as the staff were very well mannered and polite we have been going there for the last year and a half and we have not had one problem with the prosses the whole time
