Bought my new mower in for it's free 5 hour service and it was ready to go a day later. Excellent service as usual by this business.
Worst mower mechanic ever a perfect $800 mower not even 12 months old working beautiful until I put my mower into get serviced with Townsville mowers cost me $172 they didn't even looked at it oh they looked at it alright cause they stuffed a perfect mower it will start then it will stop that's how the rich gets richer by ripping people off so they take it back to them to get more money out of you thieving pricks
They weren't able to help me. But they took the time to talk to me and advise on other alternatives on how to fix my item. Thank you.
This mower place has gone down hill, they seem to be on the expensive side to begin with in comparison to other businesses. But the customer service is really lacking. And there doesn't seem to be any motivation to help their customer. I went to another shop and got what I needed within 15 minutes. Will no longer recommend or use this business anymore. Sorry guys !
