After paying for a rental apartment the next day I was told the apartment is now unavailable and a refund would be processed. I followed up with a phone call 4 days later and Steve said he would see to it immediately, 3 days later still no refund. I recommend you steer clear of this business.
The worst decision I made entrusting my property to this business. A very poorly managed business. My apartment went from 85+ % occupancy to 25%. Was left in a poor state and never cleaned properly in 6 months. A very sad and costly experience.
