Scheduling is useless, I came in 15 mins before my appointment and 2 hours later I’m still waiting. The kicker is that no one is here and I’m still waiting.

I had a referral and a health care plan from my doctor. I attended this organisation once a week for about two months. I trusted my Mental Health Worker, I liked her very much, she made me feel like I was safe and gave me the opportunity to open up. One day I showed up to my appointment and was told she had taken leave and that I should have been notified. I ended up seeing a substitute counsellor, I was asked to fill out a Mental Health Assessment and I was dropped. I was vulnerable and this organisation made me feel worse!
