Attended as an effort to find some advice regarding an abusive family member, and the resulting action taken by the staff member resulted in a phone call directly to the family member that had been the reason for seeking help and advice. They called my abuser to ask my abuser's perspective regarding my mental health, which is otherwise quite acceptable.
