Pushy sales people telling us what we want to not listening to what we want.
Let me start by saying I love both my cars I have purchased from gwm Townsville (h6 and now a tank). Sales is great to deal with. Service side is a different beast however. If it wasn’t for capped price servicing I would probably be taking elsewhere. 25k service done on the 5/1 (oil, fuel, air and pollen). Firstly we Asked for wipers at time of booking 2 weeks prior. Come to the day and not a job loaded. Asked to replace during service and told sorry they’re not in stock ex melb. Okay no worries leave them be but come the ne... read more

For context, we own an Electric BMW, we needed a second run around Electric car. On arrival at TAG GWM we met Jake, a professional, relaxed, knowledgeable and not pushy salesman. The Ora we drove was excellent and the standard equipment blew our BMW out of the water.
