Great staff and excellent service
One of the worst brand i choose in my life so far. Bad customer service after sell, didn't listen customer issues and always arguing. Transmission was gone at 90k. Took 3 weeks to find the problem and after that 2 months to fix the car. No loan car given initially. As usual said none available. I fight with them and complain and then gave me loan car. My suggestion: NEVER CHOOSE THIS BRAND

Let me start by saying I love both my cars I have purchased from gwm Townsville (h6 and now a tank). Sales is great to deal with. Service side is a different beast however. If it wasn’t for capped price servicing I would probably be taking elsewhere. 25k service done on the 5/1 (oil, fuel, air and pollen). Firstly we Asked for wipers at time of booking 2 weeks prior.
