I have been seeing Dr Reddie for a couple of years now. He doesn't beat around the bush, he tells you how it is, and that's positive for me. His office girls and optometrist are lovely and caring. Their office is crazy at times but they are always polite and get you what's required. I highly recommend Dr Reddie
Unprofessional. Disorganised. Extremely frustrating experience.
Optomotrist referred 5year old with sore eye, went to see Dr Kelly, he was lovely at appointment, nice and friendly to 5 yr old. Appointment cost $375 Had pathology tests done same day and have been chasing results for almost 2 weeks, 5yr old not getting better, calling reception to be told results in, dr has to review results and call, called Monday told he will call this week, called Friday told he will call Monday. Zero patient care, zero follow up but quick to take $$ though!!
Dr Kelly and his team are excellent, I totally trust the for my eye care. Mark B.
