What an amazing practitioner Dr Rae is. I went for a root canal and I was so so scared even though I knew I could take some Meds beforehand I was so anxious and crying. I took the tablets one hour before the appointment and it was great. I felt no pain, no anxiety nor fear. Dr Rae was so calm and gentle as were all the staff there. Dr Olivia is amazing. I have taken my daughter to see her for trauma injuries to her front teeth. She explains everything so well, so gentle and understanding- my daughter has no issues going to visit her. The practice is just stunning and you feel welcome from the moment you are there. Walked in the doors, it felt like a luxury hotel. Well styled, clean, calm, quiet, and smelled lovely. Kim the receptionist is lovely. Dr Olivia Rae the endontist was exceptional - explained everything extremely well and did exactly what she said she'd do. I even got to watch Netflix while getting a root canal treatment. It was the best dental service I've ever had.
Olivia and her team are so lovely, very welcoming, thorough and I felt very well informed about what was happening. Olivia took the time to understand previous history and made me feel very comfortable. Thankyou so much. Can't recommend enough!
