Walked in the doors, it felt like a luxury hotel. Well styled, clean, calm, quiet, and smelled lovely. Kim the receptionist is lovely. Dr Olivia Rae the endontist was exceptional - explained everything extremely well and did exactly what she said she'd do. I even got to watch Netflix while getting a root canal treatment. It was the best dental service I've ever had.
Olivia and her team are so lovely, very welcoming, thorough and I felt very well informed about what was happening. Olivia took the time to understand previous history and made me feel very comfortable. Thankyou so much. Can't recommend enough!
From the moment I arrived, the team at Townsville Endodontics made me feel like an old friend. I was so scared of having a root canal done based on my 1980s experience, but I needn’t have worried. Dr Olivia is lovely and the procedure was pain free.
I’ve had 2 root canal treatments over the last 2 years with Dr Olivia Rae and her team and I cannot recommend them enough. Their professionalism and compassion throughout the whole process is unmatched. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you walk in the door! Dr Rae provided detailed and clear explanations of each procedure to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this clinic!!
