Well I went to Townsville Day Surgery to have a groin ablation done for me. The front of house staff were welcoming. I was taken inside and while waiting started getting chest pain. Well my level of care I received I thought I was at a top private hospital. Everyone was so caring but the way they just all started hooking myself up to check my heart and take my bloods and sent them away to get tested was amazing. This place is outstandingly good. Reasonably new residents to Townsville. Both my partner and myself have now had different reasons to use this facility. I have had multiple procedures at different places in metropolitan Melbourne, both as a patient and also as guardian for my kids, so I’ve got a lot of experience to compare to.
