Well appointed Staff checked in with me on arrival date to see if I'd be arriving after hours and explain how to do this. Surprised the rooms didn't have blankets only sheets but still comfortable. Bathroom older but well looked after.

Booked a single room on short notice but had to call for confirmation and welcoming information was sent shortly after. It’d be great if it was automated so we wouldn’t have to call to confirm the booking and receive details. Otherwise, everything was good including the service and the room itself. The area is nice and quiet too. Thanks Team!

The service was fantastic we called last minute and they gave us a room and when we arrived to pay the room was ready we got the room for $200 for the night but we were only going to stay few hours and then drive back to Cairns. Because sister had a appt at the Townsville hospital we thought the appt was going to be longer so we just booked the night because I had two babies and they needed to rest while my sister went for her appt. . Ayant eu une mauvaise surprise dans l'un des hébergements que ma fille avait réservé, nous avons décidé d'y passer la nuit. Et la surprise de découvrir cet endroit a été un réconfort. Si vous cherchez quelque chose aux alentours de 100 $ pour une nuit à Townsville, je recommanderais sans hésiter ce motel. Les gérants ont toujours été disponibles et accueillants en cas de besoin.
