Nice service and helpful
Fair prices, quick service.
I would not recommend this shop to anyone. We bought a spare part from this wrecker shop, but they gave us the wrong one. When we tried to contact them, they told us to explain the issue through text, which we did—only to never hear back. We followed up with several calls, but they never answered. Extremely frustrating experience. If you need reliable service and proper communication, look elsewhere.
Townsville car wreckers were extremely helpful and have wonderful customer service. I was trying to track a panel from interstate for my son who lives in Queensland and they were really helpful and helped prepare the shipping as well. The price was extremely good and the customer service was excellent.
