Today I had an attempt to pressure me (felt like blackmail) to fall into line (don't complain and don't leave bad reviews) by the Pickering BMW manager or my car service would only continue through him. No issues at all, service was timely and courtesy bus was provided. Great service.
Not sure how you would class this place as a service centre. The cars are good but service and BMW Australia will start actively blocking the repair of your car at 3-5 years as they try to force you into a new vehicle. Buy from an emerging car company not an old name like BMW, very disappointing.
