Sadly the rot from the top is working its way down the chain. Service has consistently gone backwards in quality to the point where they are now doing more damage than good to my car.
The service centre is excellent and up to the standard of what one expects of BMW. I just wish BMW Head Office Australia was up to this standard.
Only BMW Townsville would not carry BMW steering fluid in their parts department. But then this is the same business who charged me over $200 to rectify a software problem, and didn't rectify it.
