We travelled from Mackay to have our BMW serviced....and it is 100% worth it. Seriously worth the trip. The confidence that this team of people instilled into us through their knowledge and professionalism is unparalleled. My BMW was serviced by a mechanic and he was aware my ECU was waterlogged and as he should have replaced my Ebox so the seals were sealed. He just put the ECU back in without replacing the E box . A week later my BMW got water logged again. I then had Kimberly say we only did what you asked us to do. Ofcourse I assumed they would have replaced my Ebox as that's what mechanics are for to make sure your vehicle is running well. $3200 later my car won't start . No challenge too big or too small. Recently needed some number plate covers for my 330, super quick service, talked through the super slim vs slim when transferring from nsw to qld. Very helpful and engaging team. Look forward to dealing with them in the future.
