Very disappointed with the BMW Service Centre townsville. I originally reported a jerking issue, but I later solved it myself by replacing the tyres. I then booked the car for a general inspection because there was still a noise coming from the rear wheel. BMW charged me $252 and advised the inspection would take around two hours, but they couldn't identify any issues. After the inspection, I called them and explained that the rear wheel noise was still there. I was told to bring the car back and pay another $252 inspection ... read more
