Service could be improved for expecting mums. At the start of my pregnancy I called the office to see if I could get on a wait list. I was told they would give me a call back. So I waited, a few weeks later they phone and went through a few questions, they confirmed they could see my referral and I was told to sit tight and they would ring me back with updates and a phone appointment.
